The Karam team reviews the request and approves the account. Booking opens only after approval.

Choose the majlis, date and number of guests, then record the pilgrims' names.

From the wallet or by card, with an invoice for every booking.

14 majlis in Makkah and 1 in Madinah. We add families gradually, so if you need more capacity for a specific season, contact us early.

Company FAQ
How is a company account approved?
After registration the Karam team reviews the company details and commercial registration. Booking is only possible once the account is approved.
Can we book more than one majlis or date?
Yes. Each booking is for one majlis, date and time slot; repeat the booking for several majlis and dates, and each booking is paid separately. There is no unified cart yet.
What pilgrim details are needed?
Name, passport number, nationality and phone number for each guest, recorded from the company dashboard.
How do we pay?
From the company wallet after topping it up (minimum 50 SAR), or through a card payment link.
